Shazmin’s career has taken her through property, technology, finance, and even running her own healthy food delivery business. Along the way, she discovered how much she enjoyed building ideas that make a difference. Pawlgorithm is her way of combining that experience with her love for animals using technology and partnerships to help pets live better lives.

Matt has had a 20-plus-year career in marketing and communications, working across the Middle East, Asia, and his native UK. Through Pawlgorithm, he is inspired to leverage emerging technology to help animals and, in doing so, play his part in making the world a better place. His other projects include HealthTechAsia, a digital health news platform, and the Pul Alliance for Digital Health & Equity.
